EVERYTHING 40% OR MORE OFF!!!

Due to increased obligations outside the business, I have come to the difficult decision to close the retail end of the business. Therefore, everything on the retail side of the website is 40% or more off. I will still be designing and will still run the wholesale end of the business. Anyway, here are a few ground rules for the sale:

Hours - My hours have gotten more varied lately. The best way to reach me is by email: oakhilldesigns@bizland.com I try to keep up with it even when traveling.

How To Order - The fax machine decided to die in the last month. Local office supply stores no longer carry just a simple fax machine! I already have a great scanner and printer.
Email - Email is the best way to get hold of me. If you email, please include your name, address, telephone number, item number, description, quantity and email address.

Phone - I answer the phone during regular business hours when I am home. I am in the Central Standard time zone.

Your phone number and/or your email address is especially important in case I have any questions about your order. I will let you know the stock status and total of the order for mailing a check. I will only accept checks written for US dollars off a US bank. These take a couple days to clear and your order will be shipped as soon as it clears. If you wish to pay with a credit card, I will email you an invoice with a link to paypal. Just click on the button to pay. You do NOT need to belong to paypal to use this service. Orders will be sent out once payment is made. Once an order is placed, these items will be pulled from stock.

Shipping - I usually ship via US mail. I charge you what it costs me to send. If it's cheaper, I use priority mail.

Stock Status - A lot of the items are unique and there may only be one available. I will try to keep the website as up to date as possible.
